2. Wholesale Pricing & Discount Rules

All wholesale prices are final after confirmation and valid within the agreed time period.
Regular retail promotions, discount codes, and site-wide sales activities are not stackable with wholesale bulk discounts unless officially notified by our team.

4. Bulk Order Processing & Production Cycle
All confirmed bulk orders will enter priority processing queues. Unlike regular retail orders, large batch purchases require unified inventory scheduling, quality inspection, and centralized packaging arrangements.
Standard bulk order processing time ranges from 3–10 business days, depending on order quantity and product category. Customized bulk products: Customized batch orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after production is started, except for confirmed product quality problems caused by our side

Wholesale orders cannot be returned or refunded due to customer’s over-purchase, unsalable inventory, personal preference changes, or market demand changes
