This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs all order processing, packaging, shipment, logistics distribution, delivery time, shipping fees, tracking services, transit liability, and delivery-related terms for all orders placed on the official website of Timeless Home Goods (“we”, “us”, “our”). 1. Order Processing Time
All successfully paid orders will be verified, inspected, professionally packaged, and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Business days exclude weekends, U.S. federal public holidays, and official company off-days.
Orders submitted on weekends, statutory holidays, or peak shopping seasons will be processed and shipped on the next available business day. All household goods, home decor, storage, kitchen and bathroom supplies undergo strict pre-shipment quality inspection and protective packaging to prevent scratches, deformation, or damage during transit. We reserve the right to appropriately delay order processing for address verification, risk review, and inventory confirmation to ensure shipment accuracy and transaction security.
2. Shipping Coverage & Authorized Carriers
Timeless Home Goods provides stable domestic shipping services covering all states and territories of the United States. We cooperate with well-known and reliable U.S. mainstream logistics carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, to ensure safe, traceable, and efficient delivery of all household daily supplies.
We will select the most suitable logistics solution according to the product size, weight, material characteristics, fragility, and destination region, ensuring stable transportation and intact product delivery. All official shipments support full-process logistics tracking.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery time is calculated starting from the official shipment date when the tracking number is generated. The estimated domestic delivery cycle is for reference only:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (optional for eligible orders)
Actual delivery speed may be affected by logistics peak seasons, extreme weather, regional traffic control, carrier system delays, and other uncontrollable factors. We do not guarantee absolute delivery time and shall not be liable for reasonable logistics delays caused by third-party carriers.
4. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Rules
All shipping fees are automatically calculated based on product quantity, weight, packaging volume, and delivery destination, and will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before payment. No hidden fees will be charged after order confirmation.
We provide regular free shipping promotions for eligible domestic orders. Orders that meet the free shipping threshold displayed at checkout will automatically waive standard shipping fees. Expedited shipping surcharges and remote area logistics fees are not included in free shipping benefits.
We support reasonable split shipment for out-of-stock items without additional charges to customers. Any active customized separate delivery requests initiated by users will incur extra logistics costs, which shall be borne by the customer.
5. Shipment Notification & Tracking Update
Once your order completes pre-shipment inspection, packaging, and dispatch, we will generate an official tracking number and send a shipment confirmation notification to your registered email address. You can check real-time logistics status through the official carrier website.
Tracking information usually requires 24–48 hours for system synchronization and status update, which belongs to normal logistics system delay. If the tracking status remains unchanged for a long time, you can contact our customer service team for professional inquiry and follow-up processing.
6. Delivery Address & Receipt Rules
Customers are solely responsible for submitting accurate, complete, and valid delivery information, including recipient name, valid phone number, detailed street address, city, state, and zip code. We are not responsible for delivery failure, package loss, return fees, and logistics losses caused by incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address information, as well as unreachable recipients.
After the package arrives at the destination, the carrier will complete delivery in accordance with local standard procedures, including door-to-door delivery, mailbox placement, community unified signing, or designated pickup point storage. Once the logistics system displays “Delivered”, the package is deemed successfully delivered, and product ownership and transportation risks will be fully transferred to the customer.
Address modification requests after shipment cannot be fully guaranteed by carriers, and all resulting adjustment fees and secondary logistics costs shall be borne by the customer.
7. Damaged, Lost & Returned Packages
7.1 Damaged Packages In Transit
If you receive products with breakage, scratch damage, deformation, or missing accessories due to violent transportation or unqualified packaging, please take complete unboxing photos and videos within 48 hours after delivery and contact our support team. We will verify the situation and provide free replacement, supplementary delivery, or full refund services for eligible cases.
7.2 Lost Packages
For packages officially confirmed lost by logistics carriers after professional investigation, we provide two solutions for customers: full order refund or free reshipment of all items, with no additional cost incurred.
7.3 Undeliverable & Returned Packages
Packages returned due to customer reasons including incorrect address, refusal to sign, long-term unclaimed pickup, and unreachable recipients will be deemed customer-initiated returns. The round-trip shipping fees and handling fees will be deducted from the final refund amount.
8. Force Majeure Disclaimer
We are not responsible for shipment delays, logistics suspension, delivery failure, and order processing stagnation caused by uncontrollable force majeure factors, including natural disasters, extreme weather, government traffic bans, carrier system failures, and policy adjustments. We will resume shipment processing and actively follow up logistics progress as soon as the abnormal situation ends.
