To qualify for return or exchange, the item must be brand new, unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and free of artificial damage, stains, or scratches. All original packaging, labels, accessories, manuals, and matching parts must be completely intact.

3. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
The following items arefinal sale and do not support return, exchange, or refund services under any circumstances, except for confirmed factory quality defects:

4. Return Shipping Fee Rules
4.1 Our Liability (Free Return & Full Compensation)
We will bear all return shipping costs and provide free return labels if the return is caused by our official reasons, including:

4.2 Customer Liability (Customer Bears Shipping Fee)
For returns due to personal reasons including unnecessary purchase, style dissatisfaction, inappropriate size, or changed purchase intention, customers shall bear all return shipping fees, handling fees, and secondary logistics costs. The original shipping fee and sales tax paid at checkout are non-refundable in this case.

6. Refund Method & Processing Time
All approved refunds will be returned through the original payment channel used at checkout. We do not support third-party transfers or cash refunds.
Once the refund is initiated, funds typically take3–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on the processing speed of your bank or payment platform. We are not responsible for fund delays caused by third-party financial system rules.
For quality problems, shipping errors, or our official liability, we provide a full refund including product fees and corresponding shipping fees. For personal-cause returns, only the product price will be refunded.
7. Exchange Service Rules
We support free product exchange for eligible orders within the valid return window. Exchanges caused by our quality problems or shipping errors will enjoy free round-trip shipping service.
